The Chairman of the Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (REB), Major General S. M. Zia-ul-Azim, paid a courtesy call on the Vice-Chancellor of Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET), Professor Dr. S. M. Abdur Razzak.
During the meeting, held on Wednesday (April 29) at the Vice-Chancellor’s office, Professor Dr. S. M. Abdur Razzak presented a commemorative crest to the REB Chairman. In return, the Chairman also handed over a crest to the Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board.
Deans and directors of various faculties of RUET, along with representatives from the Rural Electrification Board, were present on the occasion.
During the discussion, both Professor Dr. S. M. Abdur Razzak and Major General S. M. Zia-ul-Azim exchanged views on matters of mutual interest between their respective institutions.
